Cancellations or exchanges of product are accepted only within 1 hour of placing an order. Occasionally, we may accept a cancellation or exchange request after this if the order has not yet shipped. Such acceptance is at our discretion, and we urge you to contact us by email as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to any order. Cancellations and exchanges are not accepted once the product has left our facilities.

We offer a money back guarantee on our products if you are not satisfied providing you meet a few conditions. These conditions are that you must have ordered in good faith and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your issue.  If you are not happy, and we can not make you happy, we will refund your money provided you meet these requirements. Decisions as to whether you meet these requirements are at our sole discretion. In the event of a refund, you will be required to return the product to us so we can inspect it for any issues which may have given rise to your concern. We will not refund shipping charges, and you will be responsible for shipping and all other charges incurred in the event you wish to return the product for a refund. Your refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in customary and reasonable condition to our facilities. You must contact us and receive an RMA number for any returns. Returns must be made via first class registered mail with tracking unless you have received our written permission to do otherwise. Any product returned without an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.
